  • OpenAIRE MCP — exposing 150M+ scientific publications, datasets and software records to AI agents via the Model Context Protocol.
  • Gallica / BnF — making Gallica usable by AI with the Bibliothèque nationale de France: MCP access, AI-extracted corpuses, agentic services for the library's B2B clients.
  • LDS — core AI technology of the European legal data space: legal MCP servers, AI gateway and data contracts serving legal professionals, starting with the CNB ecosystem.

Independent contractor delivering thematic workshops, webinars and technical expertise on mobility data and AI projects. Continuing the 30 LEV / 30 VELI programme (ADEME-backed field trial, 2023–2026) and standards-level work on MaaS and mobility data.

Advisor on business development and public-sector product strategy. Leading B2G business development, stakeholder engagement, and Product Ownership of the B2G offering — roadmap, feature prioritisation, pilot supervision.

Managed open-innovation programmes for sustainable mobility. Mentored a cross-functional team of five project leads and senior experts. Designed and piloted green-mobility projects with government agencies, operators, startups and NGOs — securing stakeholder buy-in, managing implementation, measuring impact.

  • moB — Mon Compte Mobilité (2021–2024): mobility/standards expert, then project director, then product owner. Platform coordinated public/private mobility services and incentives; closed January 2025 after ADEME / DGITM funding ended.
  • MaaS open standards (2021–2025): multi-year programme defining national open standards, data flows and business models for Mobility-as-a-Service in France. Barometers, working groups, roadmaps.
